Prototype Services

    At the Gear Technology Center, we always display the latest Mitsubishi design gear cutting machines. They are available for quick delivery and can be set-up for customer demonstration.

    For customers with new product designs, we will work on process development, utilizing new machines with custom designed fixtures and tools. Combining the prototype manufacturing and process development functions, we greatly reduce the lead time to launch new products.

   Manufacturing prototype parts on production-intent equipment is our goal.
